Hamilton County Specialty Courts
Hamilton County Drug Treatment Court is part of the county's problem-solving court work. The county states that problem-solving courts address justice-involved people with needs such as mental health and addiction through a less adversarial model. Drug Treatment Court is presided over by Judge David K. Najjar and has two tracks, including an Impaired Driving Program.
Hamilton County Veterans Court is presided over by Judge Darren Murphy. It began in February 2015 and moved in 2023 to Superior Court 7.
